What we do

Conwy Carers Services are designed to help unpaid carers who take care of loved ones dealing with mental health, substance use, and physical health issues. Our goal is to provide personalised support to each carer, both individually and in group settings while promoting their empowerment and independence. We offer various support mechanisms and help carers develop their skills and knowledge, so they feel more empowered and capable of meeting the needs of their loved ones while also maintaining their independence and wellbeing.

Our team adapts the level of support according to each carer’s capabilities and comfort, ensuring they receive the assistance they require for their caring role.

Who do we support

We offer support to adult carers, as well as friends and family, of those supporting individuals aged 18 and over with mental health and or substance use issues.
