What we do

Stori is a Welsh housing association that provides flexible housing support and services to vulnerable adults and children, including supported accommodation and integrated housing support using a Housing First approach. We help people affected by challenges like domestic abuse, mental health issues, substance misuse, and homelessness by assisting them to live independently, find permanent housing, and become part of their local community.

Who do we support

Stori provides housing and support services for vulnerable people in Wales who are experiencing difficulties living safely at home, including those affected by domestic abuse, mental health issues, substance misuse, homelessness, or those with care-leaving backgrounds. The organisation supports individuals and families of all ages (from 16 upwards) by offering practical and therapeutic services, assistance to live independently, help to find alternative housing, and support for community integration and employability.

This service is for people of all ages.

Can anyone use this service?

To be referred to Stori housing support, you can contact us directly via phone or email, use the Single Pathway referral system if available in your area, or ask a professional like a social worker, housing officer, or support agency to make a referral on your behalf. Stori works with vulnerable people in Wales who need housing and support due to challenges like domestic abuse, mental health issues, or substance misuse.
