The Gwent Carers Hub is situated in the heart of Pontypool town and offers unpaid carers a safe space to talk about you and your caring role.Together, we can identify how Gwent Carers Hub and other local services can help you to understand, achieve and grow as an unpaid carer.Looking after your own wellbeing is essential to you and the person you care for. We understand how hard being an unpaid carer is and we are here to support you.The service offers support with:-Advice and support for all unpaid carers-Carers groups-Signposting to other avenues of support to meet specific needs-Referral for a carers assessment-Referral to local authority-One-to-one support in person or on the phone-Help to apply to our small grant scheme-Carers Events-Accessing Outreach Workers at one of their events in your local authority if you are unable to get to our hub-Physical and mental wellbeing-Emotional wellbeing-Financial wellbeing
