What we do

Premier Lifeline is a confidential helpline that provides people with a space to discuss worries and concerns.
Premier Lifeline is staffed by Christian volunteers who can offer a listening ear, someone to talk to, emotional and spiritual support from a Christian perspective. We will signpost to specialist organisations where appropriate. Our website has a directory to similar Christian organisations.

Who do we support

Anyone who calls. The helpline is open to people of all ages and any or no religious beliefs.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Local call telephone rate - 0300 number - free to many as often included in call packages

Can anyone use this service?

Anyone can call

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Where do we provide our service?
