What we do

Jolly Brew Crew is a free men’s mental health group based in Newbridge, Caerphilly.
With a strong focus on peer support, psychoeducation, and reducing stigma, the Jolly Brew Crew blends meaningful conversation with informal workshops, guest speakers, and social activities. The sessions promote openness around mental health, encourage connection, and provide hope to men who may otherwise suffer in silence.

Who do we support

This is a men's mental health group. Men of all ages are welcome.
There is no sign up cost or entry fee.
Whether you are experiencing mental health challenges currently, Know someone who does, or are just interested in learning a little more about mental health and looking for a friendly open and non-judgemental group; the Jolly Brew Crew is the place for you.

This service is for people of all ages.
