What we do

Diverse Cymru’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub offers recovery-based services for Black, Asian and Minoritised Ethnic people living in North and West Wales who are affected by mental ill-health. We take a holistic approach and use solution-focused methods that promote recovery, empowerment and independent living in the community. Our project also works to raise awareness of issues surrounding Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic mental health and to help reduce discrimination and inequality. We aim to offer understanding and non-judgmental support in areas which will help focus on recovery
We take a holistic approach, using solution-focused methods that promote recovery, empowerment and independent living in the community. We can offer: individual support and advocacy, in person or online, community support, information and advice, befriending and volunteering opportunities, signposting for individuals, family members and carers, hospital visits for inpatients
