Barod provide free, confidential support to anyone affected by substance use. Our approach is based on harm reduction principles and we deliver evidenced-based psychosocial interventions to those that access our services.We also deliver digital, online services, including a Live Webchat Service that is open 7-days a week (Monday - Friday 9am - 9pm; Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm) as well as facilitating an online Naloxone Click and Deliver service, whereby anyone in Wales can have the life-saving drug delivered to their door, for free. We deliver both adult and young person's services in Dyfed, Swansea, Cwm Taf, Cardiff and the Vale and Gwent. All our services provide both 1-2-1 and group support to those who currently or historically used substances as well as those affected by someone else's substance use.
