At Valley Taekwon-Do Academy we have classes for all ages and abilities across Bargoed, Rhymney and Tredegar.We have Little Leaders classes for children aged 4-6, allowing them to develop interaction skills, self confidence, balance and co-ordination whilst having fun learning Taekwon-Do.We also offer a beginners class, as well as adult and mixed family classes. Our beginners class is for ages 7 -14 years. Where our new beginners can start Taekwon-Do without feeling uncomfortable.Alternatively,Valley Taekwon-Do Academy offers separate additional needs classes, where students with disabilities can learn in an environment where they feel safe.We have separate competition classes for students who wish to compete.If you would like to:*Get fit*Loose weight*Boost confidence*Improve self discipline*Increase energy*Learn Self defence Then Give Valley Taekwon-Do Academy a go. The first few lessons are free of charge to see if you enjoy it.
Everyone welcome, we have classes for children age 4+, mixed classes for families and adult and advanced classes.
This service is for people aged between 8 years and 100 years.
Yes - First 2 classes are free. If you choose to join us it's £3.50 per class and Family discount tickets are available
