Dewis Centre for Independent Living (C.I.L.) is a voluntary organisation that provides a Direct Payment support service in three Local Authorities – Rhondda Cynon Taf, Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff. Dewis also provides Advocacy services in ten local authorities – Rhondda Cynon Taf, Newport, Conwy, Wrexham, Caerphilly, Pembrokeshire, Denbighshire, Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen and Monmouthshire. It works in partnership with the Social Services Departments of each of these authorities.
