What we do

Hwyl A Hoop Fitness offers fun, energising adult fitness sessions that blend hula hooping with a whole‑body cardio workout. Each class is designed to help you keep fit, build strength, boost coordination, and learn new skills in a supportive and upbeat environment.

It’s not just about hula hoop tricks, sessions include a mix of movement, cardio exercises, and playful routines that make fitness enjoyable and accessible. The focus is on having fun, staying active, and feeling great, all while moving to music and learning something new each week.
