What we do

At Dimensions, we provide research-based, outcomes-focussed services for people with learning disabilities and autism. Alongside supported living and individual support packages of care (provide personalised support to enable people to live as independently as they are able), we also offer vital specialist services including sector leading Positive Behaviour Support.

Who do we support

People with a Learning Disability and/or Autism, complex or challenging support needs we can also support those with secondary needs mental health support requirements, sensory impairment and/or physical disability.
We are on the Cardiff Council's Approved Provider List.
The Cardiff approved providers list is currently being updated. If you have any queries, please email ascsdt@cardiff.gov.uk.

This service is for people aged 18+.

The local authority can refer, or people can self refer
