What we do

Shiny Happy People, run weekly inclusive choir sessions that provide a much needed opportunity for people with a wide range of disabilities to express their creativity and talent. Whether this is through using the voice to sing, the body to move to the beat or playing along with a percussion instrument, all is an important part of our choir. Regular performances are helping to build confidence in attendees; the boost they are given through the enthusiasm of an appreciative audience is immeasurable. These weekly sessions are held at V21 Fairwater and give an often marginalised group of society the chance to shine.

Who do we support

Our inclusive sessions welcome everyone to come along and be a part of our choir. Our choir includes people with a variety of disabilities and provides an opportunity for them to express their creativity.

You will meet lots of new people, and leave with a smile on your face!

This service is for people aged 18+.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Sessions are £5 per attendee, support staff are of course free.

 Opening times

The choir meets every Tuesday (term time with some additional Summer sessions) at Sbectrwm Centre, Fairwater 10am - 12pm.
