A weekly movement and wellbeing session designed to support balance, mobility and strength. Based on the Age Cymru LIFT (Low Impact Functional Training) programme, these sessions use gentle, functional movements to support balance, mobility, and everyday strength. All exercises can be completed either seated or standing and are adapted to suit your comfort and ability.
Open to anyone looking to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy a welcoming group environment including people living with dementia and other life-limiting conditions, along with their carers.
This service is for people aged between 50 years and 100 years.
