Have choice and take control
I'm Sali and I have been practising yoga for over 25 years- ashtanga, hatha, power, iyenga, yin, restorative - I love all types of yoga but my favourite has to be vinyasa flow :-)A good class for me comprises each of the three essential ingredients- clarity, resilience and strength- for both body mind and soul. My home studio is small and intimate, with yummy mellow tunes inadvertently choreographing our 60 minute sequences . You will soon feel part of my friendly local community of yogis who are all being swept along on this fulfilling journey of mental and physical advancement with me.Although I am passionate about yoga, we don't take our classes too seriously - I cultivate a playful, fun and safe space for you to experiment and to challenge yourself to find a beautiful harmony of strength and stillness. You can book a single class or select a 3 or a 10 class pass for a further discount.
