I started HJ Care and Companionship because I'm passionate about helping people stay happy, comfortable and independent in their own homes while also providing families with reassurance and support. I offer friendly, person- centred support tailored to each Individual's needs, whether that's companionship, a helping hand around the home or support getting out into the community. I believe care is about building trusting relationships and making a difference to someone's everyday life. Services I offer include personal care, companionship visits, wellbeing checks, shopping and errands, meal preparation, light household support, support attending appointments, community outings and social support, assistance with daily routines and friendly emotional support and conversation.
