I hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and have worked as a health care assistant on ward 12 at Withybush Hospital for nine years supporting elderly individuals and people living with Dementia as well as providing palliative care. I would love to help support your loved ones at home, where they feel safe in their own environment.Services I offer include:• Personal care and mobility support• Daily living support including shopping, meals and housekeeping• Companionship visits and well-being check ins• Respite service for families to recharge• Palliative careMy aim is to help people remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes whilst receiving a little extra care and support.
