Hi my name is Eilish. I am an experienced sole trader providing care and companionship for you or your loved one. I have over 30 years of experience working in the care sector supporting adults and children to live full independent lives in the home and the community. As a carer I am passionate about delivering a service to suit your needs.

My services include cooking, companionship, housekeeping, gardening, dog walking, support to pursue hobbies, attend appointments and assistance with benefits. I have experience working with dementia, diabetes, IBS, IBD, learning disabilities and respiratory disorders.

I hold a MSc in Nutritional Therapy with a focus on weight management, diabetes and gut disorders. Included in your care is cooking and catering to optimise your nutritional needs.

I am fully insured, Enhanced DBS certificate, level 3 Food and Hygiene, and Level 2 Safeguarding.
