What we do

Classes are for people aged 50+ but anyone can come and focus on a range of exercises designed to improve strength & balance and therefore contribute to falls prevention. The programme involves seated and standing exercises for joint mobility and lower limb strength to improve overall balance and walking ability. If you think this might benefit you then come along to Murchfield Community Centre on a Wednesday between 1pm and 2pm and meet like minded people and make new friends.
