Singing for the Brain’ is a weekly singing group for people with dementia and their carers. No previous singing experience necessary and there will be a very warm welcome! Held every Wednesday (weekly) from 2.00pm – 3.30pm on zoom (call for joining details) and at St Isan's Church Hall, Heol Hir, Llanishen, Cardiff, CF14 5AEAlzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. Singing for the Brain® is a stimulating group activity based on the principles of music therapy for people in the early to moderate stages of dementia and their carers. The stimulating sessions bring people together in a friendly, fun and social environment. Sessions include vocal warm-ups and singing a wide variety of stimulating and new songs.
