What we do

Singing for the Brain’ is a weekly singing group for people with dementia and their carers. No previous singing experience necessary and there will be a very warm welcome! Held every Wednesday (weekly) from 2.00pm – 3.30pm on zoom (call for joining details) and at St Isan's Church Hall, Heol Hir, Llanishen, Cardiff, CF14 5AE

Singing for the Brain® is a stimulating group activity based on the principles of music therapy for people in the early to moderate stages of dementia and their carers.

The stimulating sessions bring people together in a friendly, fun and social environment. Sessions include vocal warm-ups and singing a wide variety of stimulating and new songs.

This service is for people of all ages.
