What we do

“RNID Near You” offers a free drop-in service in the community for NHS hearing aids. We provide friendly support, information, and advice on hearing aids, cleaning, re-tubing, batteries, and maintenance. We can also provide a 3-minute hearing check for those people without hearing aids.

Who do we support

For all adults with NHS hearing aids and anyone who is looking for information and support regarding their hearing loss, deafness or tinnitus. Or anyone without hearing aids wanting to have a hearing check.

This service is for people aged between 18 years and 100 years.
