What we do

We are a registered charity who offer free, independent, confidential and impartial advice, and campaign on the issues affecting peoples' lives. We are a friendly team who give information, advice and guidance services in one or more of the following areas; welfare benefits; debt; housing; employment; immigration; discrimination and money.

Who do we support

Everyone. There is no cost.
Some of our advice services have eligibility criteria (e.g. the recipient has to live in Merthyr Tydfil) – please contact us for details of any targeted services or restrictions.
