What we do

Our advisors go through a detailed conversation to fully understand your circumstances and then can guide you to the appropriate claims to your situation.

We can help you:
- to replace income lost from work, through payments such as sick pay and Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- to top up a low income through payments such as Universal Credit or Pension Credit
- with practical matters like applying for a Disabled Parking Badge or a grant to help you with increased costs
- to apply for benefits that reflect that extra cost of living with a long-term illness or disability, like Attendance Allowance or Personal Independence Payment
- to apply for benefits for carers, such as Carer’s Allowance
- to meet your rent and Council Tax costs if you are on a low income

Who do we support

We provide a free service for advice, guidance and support with welfare benefit matters if you have cancer or you’re close to someone who has, we can help. Our service is provided remotely, all across Wales.
