What we do

We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

Our trained advisers give advice on Welfare benefits / claim forms, Debt management, Employment, Housing, Consumer rights, Family / relationships, Legal rights and responsibilities, Financial education, Health and disability problems & Home and neighbourhood.

Our Specialist Debt Advisers deal with clients who have a wide range of debt problems.

Our Welfare Benefit caseworkers offer a dedicated service to clients on
- All welfare benefits including PIP, Child DLA and ESA
- Entitlement, application forms and appeals to maximise income

We offer Energy appointments with a qualified adviser focusing on delivering tailored energy advice to clients.

This service is for people of all ages.
