What we do

Our mission is to support and empower anyone suffering with poor mental health in Monmouthshire. We endeavor to deliver excellent services and promote understanding of mental health within the county.

Services include:
- 1:1 support/ listening
- Counselling
- Welfare rights/ benefit advice and support
- Tenancy support
- Wellbeing support
- Support for rural workers
- Information, Advice and Assistance

Who do we support

Our services have different eligibility criteria. As a general guide, an individual:
a) must live in the Monmouthshire County Council footprint area
b) be aged over 18 years old
c) must have:
i. a mental health concern or
ii. be at risk of developing a mental health problem or
iii. be caring for someone with a mental health problem

Please contact us for specific eligibility criteria for individual services.

This service is for people aged 18+.

Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm.
