What we do

South Wales Victim Focus is the main support service for anyone impacted by crime and anti social behaviour in South Wales. Our service is local, free and confidential. We can offer help, support and information. We are here for you regardless of when the crime happened or whether it has been reported to the police. We support both direct and indirect victims.

Who do we support

South Wales Victim Focus is a service delivered by the national, independent charity Victim Support, funded by the South Wales Police and Crime Commissioner, and is available to anyone who has been affected by crime and anti social behaviour.

Can anyone use this service?

Anyone can self refer by calling 0300 3030 161 or via our website https://www.southwalesvictimfocus.org.uk/contact-us/get-support/. We also receive referrals from the police and other organisations.

Monday to Friday- 10:00am-6:00pm
