What we do

Hope House and Ty Gobaith provide palliative care, holistic support services and counselling and bereavement services to children and their families. Services provided include: respite care, end of life care, social work support, bereavement support, counselling, support for siblings, parents and grandparents. Services may be delivered within one of our hospices or within the family home or other community venues.

Who do we support

All services are available to children and young adults aged 0 - 18 years who are living with a life threatening or life limiting illness. Support is also provided for their families.

This service is for people aged between 0 years and 18 years.

Can anyone use this service?

Referrals are taken from health and social care professionals or from families themselves. Supportive medical information is required for access to palliative care services.

 Opening times

The hospices can be contacted at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Certain services may only be contactable during office hours however.
