What we do

YogaMobility is a small registered charity (1137754) which provides specialist yoga practice for people with all forms of physical and mental disability. We offer a powerful and dynamic approach that focuses on and encourages ability rather than disability.

Current participants range from people with relatively mild arthritis through to people with very limited movement and speech. No matter how able-bodied or disabled you are, you will benefit from attending a YogaMobility class.
We are based in Cardiff and provide classes at various levels in Llanrumney, Llanishen and Fairwater. Some classes are also streamed via Zoom. Please go to our website (https://yogamobility.org) for contact details and more information.

Who do we support

Any adult with a disability or health issue and their families and carers. All YogaMobility class venues are fully accessible to disabled people. Clients pay a subsidised charge for classes (currently £8) and carers are not charged.

This service is for people aged 18+.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - We charge £8 per class in order to be able to run the classes. However we will never turn someone away because they are unable to pay.

Can anyone use this service?

We accept self referrals.

 Opening times

Monday mornings 10.30-12.30pm and Thursday mornings 10:30-12:30 pm at Sbectrwm Community Enterprise Centre.

Chair Classes at Llanrumney Hub 10.30-12.00pm Wednesdays.

More ambulant classes 6.00-7.15pm Wednesdays Llanishen
