Based in Cardigan, Kinora is a walk-In centre offering support for anyone experiencing mental health problems, through volunteering, support and activity. Managing mental health can be difficult in everyday life. Please come along. We’ll make you welcome.We have loads of schemes from horticulture to surf therapy and ocean guardianship. Open from 10:00am-3:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday There is also an Advocacy Service running from the Kinora Building.
