Our Merry Moments programme focuses on improving the mental health and emotional well being of older people with memory issues and dementia living in Torfaen. We provide a combination of day activities for people with reduced health and mobility and also a specialist dementia day service offering support and providing activities and care in a stimulating environment. Sessions are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday at the Widdershins Centre, Sebastopol.Transport can be arranged on request.The sessions are chargeable and can be either privately paid or a spot contract raised through Social Services.
People aged 50+ with a cognitive impairment or mild to moderate dementia
