What we do

We are Combat Stress. The UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health.

For over a century, we’ve helped former servicemen and women deal with trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Today we provide specialist treatment and support for veterans from every service and conflict, focusing on those with complex mental health issues related to their military service.

Who do we support

Veterans, a serving member of the Armed Forces, reservist or family members.

This service is for people aged 18+.
