What we do

The service provides a Counselling Service for People experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

Our low cost service has around a two month waiting list.

For those who do not wish to wait for the free service we also have a paid service that has a waiting list of a week or two.

We can also provide counselling for couples.

Who do we support

People experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

This service is for people aged 18+.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Depends - There is a charge for the paid service of £45 per hour
The Low cost service is £15 per hour with a student counsellor.

Can anyone use this service?

Accessing the service would ordinarily require an assessment to ensure that the person seeking counselling has issues that will benefit from this approach - we accept referrals from any source.

 Opening times

Office is open for business 9-5pm Monday to Friday but Counselling Services may be provided outside of these hours including Saturdays.
