We are delighted to announce that we have entered into a partnership with Cardiff and Vale UHB to make our accommodation available to enable their patients to acquire the necessary skills to be able to live independently.Referrals are only taken from the UHB..
People experiencing difficulty with their mental health who are currently within a UHB setting but who are considered able to return to living within the community as a stepping stone to full independence.
This service is for people aged 18+.
Yes - There is a rent and service charge attached. The majority of our service users access housing benefit to meet the charge together with a small personal contribution.
Only the UHB can refer in.
