What we do

We provide Care and Support in the Community, 24 hour, Live-in support, help and support with daily tasks.
We provide
- Continuity of care and experienced care and support staff.
- A service to Citizen's in their own home enabling Citizen's to lead a fuller life by promoting their independence, dignity, choice and privacy.
- Person-centred Care/Approach for each Citizen, Personal Care, Health and Dietary Care needs, Domestic Services, Dementia Care, Continence Care, Learning Disabilities, We provide a flexible, efficient professional service of the highest quality.
- A service delivery plan of care, formulated according to the needs and specifications of each citizen detailing their requirements, needs and care duties.

We are on the Vale of Glamorgan Council's Approved Provider List.

Who do we support

We provide to Older People, People with Physical Disabilities, People with Sensory Loss/impairment, People with Learning Disabilities, People with Mental Health needs and People with Dementia Care needs, Complex care

This service is for people aged 18+.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Rumney Care Hourly Rates:
Hourly rate £26
Days 06.00-22.00pm
Nights 22.00 - 07.00am £27:00 per hour
Bank Holidays and Christmas/ Boxing day Time and a half.

Out of Hours commences from 17:00 pm each day .
Weekends from 17:00 pm Friday Evening to 9:00 am Monday Morning including Bank Holidays
