What we do

Our trained Respite Care Workers give the opportunity for carers to take a break or simply spend some time looking after their own needs, safe in the knowledge that their loved one is receiving the very best care.

Who do we support

To support the carer of vulnerable adults with care needs who are aged 50+

This service is for people aged between 50 years and 100 years.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Depends - A chargeable service is delivered across Gwent, this is an additional service offered alongside our commissioned services in Newport and Monmouthshire only. Please contact for further information.

Can anyone use this service?

Anyone can contact us directly, self referral or a family member and friends, anyone providing care and support. A social and/or other professional sources such as GP, carers teams via the local authority and social workers.

Office hours 9:00am - 16:00pm Monday - Friday
Service available 7 days a week, flexible hours available
