What we do

The North Wales Postcard Club is a friendly and enthusiastic group interested in postcards, local history, family history and much more!

Come and join us at our monthly meetings for valuations, to buy, sell, or exchange cards, to seek advice about all aspects of the hobby, or just to chat with fellow collectors, in a relaxed and informal setting.

There is normally a speaker or other entertainment relating to postcards, and dealers are usually present so that we have the opportunity to add to our collections.
Subscription £5 per year.
Visitors welcome - 2 free introductory meetings.

We also hold an Annual Postcard Fair at the Craig-y-Don Community Centre on the third Saturday in August. The next one is 16th August, 2025.
We usually have about 15 postcard dealers, offering postcards for beginners and established collectors.
Admission £2. The fair is open from 10am-3pm. Free on-site parking all day. Bus 5 from town [NOT 5X] stops nearby. Light refreshments.

Who do we support

Come and join us at our monthly meetings at the Craig-y-Don Community Centre, Queen's Rd., Craig-y-Don, Llandudno LL30 1TE, if you are interested in postcards, local history and family history. Postcards are an excellent source of material for many interests and hobbies...including animals, cinema, music, military, children's artists, astronomy, geology, transport and much, much more! We have members and visitors from all areas of North Wales, from Deeside in the north-east to Lleyn Peninsula in the south-west.
We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month 2pm-4pm.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Prospective new members have 2 free meetings to test the waters, and the annual subscription is £5.

Can anyone use this service?

Anyone can contact us directly or come along to a meeting.
