What we do

Emmaus South Wales is a homelessness charity based in Bridgend that provides a home, meaningful work opportunities and a future for individuals who have faced homelessness and social exclusion. We call the people we support our Companions and they can live in our Community home for as long as they need, provided they abide by Community rules and are willing to volunteer in our Social Enterprise.

Who do we support

We offer help to people who have found themselves homeless or have faced social exclusion and want the support to get their lives back on track. We carry out comprehensive housing risk assessments for all applicants; taking into consideration companions currently living in the Community. The suitability of the Community is also discussed with applicants, to ensure it meets the individuals needs and expectations.

This service is for people aged 18+.
