What we do

I have nine years experience working as an assistant teacher in a Welsh primary school setting.

I have been a childminder since 2012 so have many years of experience of looking after lots of different children and their various needs. Each child is unique and therefore I understand that some may need lots of outdoor running space and others need quiet time, in my setting I judge the day's activities on the children's individual needs.

Who do we support

My setting is a bilingual setting where both English and Welsh are spoken
and also some incidental Spanish.

Can anyone use this service?

Anyone can use my service provided there are spaces.

  Our opening times and availability

We are available: all year round.

We can provide wrap around care. I drop off and pick up from Ysgol Pen y Groes.

Thursday 08:00 - 17:30
Friday 08:00 - 16:30

I offer the odd one off baby sitting in the child's own home.

Children pick up another language very quickly so I would have no qualms looking after a child whose main language was not English. I would also make a point of learning some key phrases in their mother tongue to help them feel at home.		 Yes
