What we do

As part of the Mudiad Meithrin the cylch aims to give every pre-school child in Wales the opportunity to benefit from early years experiences through the medium of the Welsh language. We provide a service which benefits from Flying start funding, Early entitlement funding and 30 hours free child care.
Addition to this we also provide a Meithrin Plws service which is for children who are of school age where parents want them to stay all day.
We offer a Welsh language service and welcome every child, regardless of their linguistic background.
We also provide and have access to support and advice on Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

Who do we support

Please note that this setting has achieved a Tiny Tums Best Practice Award for the provision of full meals, snacks and drinks for 1-4 years OR snacks and drinks for 1-4 years + / - and food and nutrition for 0-1 years. Tiny Tums is a Best Practice award for Early Years childcare providers in North Wales. The award, managed by NHS Public Health Dietitians, recognises and rewards excellence in settings for providing food and drink for 0-1 and 1 – 4 year olds that meet Welsh Government guidance.
