What we do

Out of School Childcare offers care outside of the child’s full time school day, running before school, after school and during the school holidays for children aged 3 - 11+ years.
Out of School Childcare provides experiences that are rich in play and led by the child, facilitated by qualified Playworkers. Playworkers give children opportunities to play freely in a safe space, boosting their self-esteem and wellbeing and helping them develop a range of life skills.

Who do we support

Here at Happy Days After School Club we provide a safe place after school hours where we support all children in their play and activities whilst also supporting parents/carers with their childcare needs whether for work, to attend training or otherwise.

Our experienced staff hold the following Qualifications and Training CACHE level 3 for Learning & Development
Teaching Assistant Level 2
Level 5 Early Years Childcare & Learning Development.

  Our opening times and availability

We are available: term time only.

We are available during the following school terms:

  • Autumn term
  • Spring term
  • Summer term

We can provide wrap around care. Wraparound children welcome after their session. Please click the playgroup link below for details.

Thursday 15:10 - 18:00
Friday 15:10 - 18:00

Our term time opening/closing dates match that of Penygelli school holidays and training days.

  Our costs

  • £10.50 per Session - from 3.10pm to 5pm
  • £11.00 per Session - from 3.10pm to 5.30pm
  • £12.50 per Session - from 3.10pm to 6pm
  • £8.50 per Session - from 3.10pm to 4pm

We have the following additional costs :

  • £10.00 - Registration fee

This service is provided in English with some bilingual elements.
