What we do

As a registered childminder and a fully qualified primary school teacher, I aim to provide a childminding service that allows all children to develop, learn, explore and gain life-long skills in a safe, secure, home-based environment. I will consider the care of any child no matter what their range of needs or requirements. I will assess the needs of the child and whether I can accommodate their needs as well as taking into consideration the needs of the children that I already care for.

I offer childcare for children ages 0 - 12 years. After school care, breakfast club, full and half day session as well as wrap around to Charles Williams primary school in Caerleon, Newport, South Wales.

Parents and children aged 0-12 years.

We are available: all year round.

We can provide wrap around care. I offer wrap around care for children attending Charles Williams Primary School, Caerleon, Newport.

Friday 07:30 - 17:30

Outside of normal hours we can provide care: Early mornings, Evenings, Weekends

  Our costs

  • £42.00 per Half day - AM - 7:30 - 12:30
  • £42.00 per Half day - PM - 12:30 - 17:30
  • £70.00 per Session - Wrap Around Session
  • £70.00 per Day - Full Day - 7:30 - 17:30

We have the following additional costs :

  • £7.00 - Daily consumables charge

This service is provided in English with some bilingual elements.

Provider has access to support and advice for Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
Doing the last 5 years in school I have been a shadow to the schools ALNCo and supporting them in their role, completing documentation and attending all of the relevant training and updates as well as attending and leading meetings with parents and external agencies.

I have been a primary school teacher for 8 yeas where I have been expected to be a teacher of everyone and especially children who are EAL. I make it my prerogative to learn some of the language of the children to be able to meet their needs and make them feel safe and valued. 		Yes
